    Deliver a Christmas/Hanukkah Meal to a Lonely Elder

    Little Brothers-Friends of the Elderly is a national, non-profit, non-sectarian, volunteer based organization committed to relieving isolation and loneliness among the elderly. We offer volunteers the opportunity to join the elderly in the celebration of life. As part of our Holiday Visitation Program, Little Brothers-Friends of the Elderly makes visits to over 400 of our Elder Friends on Christmas who are without family to celebrate the holiday.     Weekly - Wednesday Nights Self Defense Class

    This is a free self-defense class being organized by the Arlington Martial Arts group - we're a group of experienced martial artists from different styles/backgrounds (grappling, jujitsu, tae-kwon-do, muay thai, krav maga, etc), and we cross-train every Wednesday from 8:15 PM to 9.30 PM.
